In addition to the fame Chulalongkorn University has earned as a leading academic institution, it has also become respected for the many activities it hosts and sponsors to develop and promote students’ education. These include training programs, seminars and conferences, athletic and sport events such as the “Freshy Games” and the Traditional Chulalongkorn- Thammasat Football Match. While these promote athletic prowess, they also serve as important channels for building relations between faculties and institutions. In addition, the university hosts a number of Thai cultural events throughout the year.
