CU Ranked Top Thai University in QS Graduate Employability Rankings 2017

In the latest QS Graduate Employability Rankings 2017 released on 23 November 2016, Chulalongkorn University was ranked the No. 1 university in creating student-employer connections, most impressive alumni outcomes, and the strongest reputation among employers in Thailand, and CU was listed among the 151st-200th universities in the global university ranking.

This is the first year QS introduced the QS Graduate Employability Rankings with as many as 300 leading institutions around the world selected as part of this list.  The five key indicators of graduate employability include Employer Reputation (30%), Partnerships with Employers (25%), Alumni Outcomes (20%), Employer-Student Connections (15%), and Graduate Employment Rate (10%).

The top five universities listed in this  ranking include:

  1. Stanford University (USA)
  2. Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) (USA)
  3. Tsinghua University (China)
  4. The University of Sydney (Australia)
  5. University of Cambridge (UK)

The only other Thai university included in the QS Graduate Employability Rankings 2017 is Thammasat University, ranked in the 201st+ range.
