CU Student Newspaper, “Nisit-Nuksueksa”, Wins 2  “Young Reporter 2016” Awards

The CU student newspaper, “Nisit-Nuksueksa”, created by a group of students studying in the Department of Journalism of the Faculty of Communication Arts were presented two honourable mention awards  by the Thai Journalists Association (TJA). The first of these is the “Young Reporter’s Award”, known in Thai as the “Pirab-noi Award” under the “Excellent Newspaper Editor” category. The newspaper received a 5,000 baht cash prize and a plaque. The second award, the “Rita Patiyasewee Award”  was for feature news, “Work & Travel: A Risky Journey”. For this, they   were presented with a 10,000 baht cash prize and plaque.
