Natnaree Jeeramaneemai and Wanchawee Likitrattanaphon, both 3rd year students studying in the Faculty of Architecture, Chulalongkorn University won first prize in “The Limitless Interior Design Contest by Sansiri & DM HOME”. This  competition was part of the “KHUN by yoo inspired by Starck Project”, organized by Sansiri Public Company Limited and The Decor Mart Company Limited.

Natnaree and Wanchawee said that their design was based on “Life+Lab” concept, which refers to an interior design technique that maximizes personal satisfaction by decorating or modifying a room according to one’s taste, creativity and personal background. The concept focuses on flexibility, so the room can be changed at any time to satisfy personal tastes.  This is an appealing factor for customers targeted for this project. The contest also provided students with the chance to gain experience outside the classroom, as it helped to prepare them for a career in interior design and assist them to better understand the mindset of customers.
