Students require certain documents and must fill in various forms from their initial registration through to their graduation. These include applications for documentation certifying they are currently a student, their transcript, excuse from studies because of illness and request for a Student ID card.

Students can download the application for their required forms as well as request information and assistance at the Office of the Registrar and Evaluation, 2 nd Floor, Chamchuri 5 Building.
