Support the provision of efficient information technology services that align with and respond to Chulalongkorn University’s mission.

The Office of Information Technology is responsible for establishing unified policies and development plans for information technology across the University. The Office sets standards and oversees the development of information systems for administration, integrates key university databases, manages and develops IT infrastructure and networks, and provides consultation and support to faculties and units in developing information systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Office of Information Technology plays a key role in driving the effective and standardized use of information technology across Chulalongkorn University. Its main responsibilities include:

  • ​​Formulating IT policies, plans, and development guidelines for the University
  • Developing and maintaining information systems for administration, education, and student services
  • Managing IT infrastructure, including networks, computer systems, and related equipment
  • Integrating information systems across faculties and internal units
  • Providing IT consultation and support to faculties and departments
  • Promoting the use of information technology to enhance operational efficiency and learning

Information Technology Services

The Office of Information Technology provides comprehensive IT services to meet the needs of the Chulalongkorn University community in teaching, learning, working, and digital skill development. Services focus on supporting systems, infrastructure, and digital tools to enhance efficiency for students, faculty members, and staff.

Key Services

  • IT Support Services
    Providing maintenance, troubleshooting, and consultation on computer systems, software, and IT equipment, including issue reporting and service requests through the IT service system.
  • Email System and Digital Tools
    Providing the University email system and digital tools for work, teaching and learning, and online meetings.
  • Network and Internet Services
    Managing and providing campus-wide network and internet services, including user accounts for students, staff, and visitors.
  • Computer Laboratories and Learning Spaces
    Providing computer laboratories and self-learning spaces to support learning, working, and the development of IT skills.
  • Training and Skill Development
    Supporting training programs on information technology and system usage to enhance digital skills for students and staff.
