About
The Invertebrate Museum houses a diverse collection of invertebrate specimens found both in Thailand and abroad.
This collection supports learning in zoology, classification, ecosystem studies, and an understanding of the ecological roles of these organisms. Notable specimens include the giant freshwater crab, a newly discovered species of freshwater crab, rare shrimp, and other invertebrates, most of which have been acquired over several decades from the department’s research and teaching materials.
