About

Chulalongkorn University Centenary Park is a large public park located in the heart of Bangkok, developed on an area of over 29 rai to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Chulalongkorn University in 2017. The park is part of the sustainable urban development strategy (Smart Inclusive Society) and follows the concept of “Urban Forest.” It serves as a recreational area, a community activity space, and green infrastructure that helps manage rainwater, reduce flooding problems, and create environmental balance in the city.

Our Services

Chulalongkorn University Centenary  Park is a public space providing the following services:

  • Areas for relaxation and outdoor exercise
  • Spaces for organizing activities related to health, recreation, arts and culture, and learning
  • Opportunities for activities involving students, staff, and the general public
  • A green space for outdoor learning and community activities
  • Basic facilities, including walkways, ramps for disabled persons, seating areas, playgrounds, activity areas, and restrooms

Accessing the Service

Reaching Chulalongkorn University Centenary  Park is convenient via both public transportation and private vehicles. There is ample parking available, and connecting routes from the BTS Skytrain station, as well as major roads around the university, ensure easy access for all visitors.

Travel

BTS Skytrain
  • Get off at National Stadium Station, Exit 2.
  • Walk or take a bus along Rama 1 Road and turn onto Chulalongkorn University Centenary  Road (Chulalongkorn Soi 5) to enter the park.
Bangkok Metropolitan Railway (MRT Subway)
  • Get off at Samyan Station, Exit 2 (Chamchuri Square).
  • Walk along Phaya Thai Road towards Chulalongkorn University for about 8-10 minutes to reach the park.
Public Bus
  • Travel by bus along Rama 1 Road or Rama 4 Road.
  • Get off at the “Samyan” stop (Rama 4 Road side) or the “National Stadium” stop (Rama 1 Road side).
  • From there, walk or take another vehicle onto Chulalongkorn University Centenary  Road (Chulalongkorn Soi 5) to reach the park.
Private Car
  • Access the park from Rama 1 Road or Rama 4 Road, turning onto 100 Years Chulalongkorn Road (formerly Chulalongkorn Soi 5).
  • There is an underground parking lot under the multi-purpose building with a capacity for approximately 200 cars.

Parking

Chulalongkorn University Centenary Park features an underground parking lot beneath the multi-purpose building, with a capacity of approximately 200 vehicles. This facility provides convenience for those visiting to relax, exercise, and participate in various activities within the park.

Parking Fees:

Hourly Parking

  • The first 2 hours: 20 baht
  • For hours 3-11: 20 baht per hour

Daily Parking

  • Duration: 12–24 hours: 200 baht (flat rate)

Parking with E-Stamp

  • The first 2 hours: 10 baht

Opening Hours

  • Open daily from 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
  • Free of charge for all members of the public.
