Asia Forward Series #6 at Chula Examines New Directions in China–ASEAN Relations

The Institute of Asian Studies, Chulalongkorn University, in collaboration with the Program Management Unit on Area-Based Development (PMU-A), cordially invites interested participants to attend a lecture under the Asia Forward Series #6 titled “From Competition to Co-Creation: Rethinking China–ASEAN Relations.” The event aims to provide a platform for exchanging knowledge and in-depth perspectives on the future direction of China–ASEAN relations amid rapidly changing geopolitical and global economic contexts.
The lecture, to be delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Arm Tungnirun, Director of the Chinese Studies Center, Institute of Asian Studies, Chulalongkorn University, Chulalongkorn University will take place on Monday, January 26, 2026, from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m., at the Concert Hall, Art and Culture Building, Chulalongkorn University. This will be followed by a panel discussion on “Corridors, Capital, and Technology: China–ASEAN Relations in a New Shared Understanding.”
