GIENI 2026 Opens for Graduate Research and Innovation Submissions

The College of Interdisciplinary Studies at Chulalongkorn University invites graduate students from educational institutions across Thailand to submit their research and innovations to GIENI 2026 (Graduate Innovation and Exhibition National and International 2026). This national and international graduate-level innovation and exhibition platform for 2026 aims to provide emerging researchers with opportunities to showcase their academic and innovative work while supporting pathways toward commercialization and global competition.
The event is organized to promote the practical application of graduate students’ research and innovations across social, economic, and industrial sectors. It also aims to strengthen collaborative networks among universities, researchers, and organizations from both Thailand and abroad. GIENI serves as an important platform for elevating Thai research to international standards, while offering winning projects opportunities to further develop their innovations, including incubation through the TED Fund and NIA Regional Innovation programs.
This year’s competition accepts innovative works from graduate students in three main fields:
- Health Sciences
- Humanities and Social Sciences
- Science and Technology
The competition will be held at both national and international levels. Selected projects will be invited to present at the innovation exhibition, where participants can connect with researchers, experts, and innovation agencies from Thailand and overseas. This platform aims to support graduate research in advancing toward innovation-driven development and generating broader positive social impact.
- Submission period: Now until April 30, 2026.
