Prof. Dr. Wilert Puriwat, President of Chulalongkorn University, noted that the Faculty of Education Concert represents another important role of the university, emphasizing that learning does not occur only in classrooms but also through real-world practice and engagement with the public. Now in its 43rd edition, the concert provides a platform for students from all year levels in the Faculty of Education to unite and showcase their musical talent and creativity. Beyond being an entertaining and memorable performance, the concert also reflects the students’ abilities and teamwork, supported by faculty members and the university’s arts and culture team, who help bring students’ potential to the stage. The musical aesthetics conveyed by the students can serve as a model for fostering appreciation of arts and culture through university activities, while also helping cultivate and develop the talents of Thai youth to gain recognition both nationally and internationally.

Dean, Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yotsawee Saifah, Dean of the Faculty of Education at Chulalongkorn University, explained that the Faculty of Education Concert is an important annual activity that provides Music Education students with an opportunity to transform the knowledge and skills they have developed throughout the year into a distinctive performance each year. A key highlight of the event is the integration of Thai and international music, as well as the students’ involvement in production both on stage and behind the scenes. Students participate in every stage of the process—from planning and event management to the final performance—making it a valuable experience for those preparing to become music teachers in the future.
At the same time, the concert continues to attract a strong interest from alumni, current students, and members of the public who follow the event each year. It serves as a platform for students to showcase their potential and share their talents with society. The experiences gained from organizing and performing in the concert are considered among the most valuable outcomes of this activity.
