Testing Laboratory

The Food Research and Testing Laboratory, Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University, provides analysis and testing services for food, pharmaceuticals, and related products. The laboratory emphasizes accuracy, precision, and compliance with international standards through the use of modern scientific instruments and equipment. Operated by experts from various disciplines within the Faculty of Science, the laboratory also supports research and academic collaboration at both national and international levels.

Chulalongkorn University’s Food Research and Testing Laboratory provides analytical and testing services for food, pharmaceutical, and related products. Its main services include:

• Food Quality and Safety Analysis
• Chemical and Microbiological Testing for food and related products
• Contaminant and Residue Analysis in Food Products
• Testing Services for Pharmaceutical and Related Products
• Consultation Services on product analysis, quality standards, and related technical matters

All services are conducted using state-of-the-art scientific instruments under the supervision of experts from the Faculty of Science. The laboratory also supports academic collaboration with organizations at both national and international levels.

• Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
