The Chulalongkorn University Language Institute (CULI) is mainly responsible for conducting research and providing English language instruction to students in both the Thai and international programs. Another mission is to hold international conferences as well as conduct research relevant to the instruction of English to develop and improve the English language skills for the community, society, and public.

CULI also offers academic services, such as direct instruction and online courses, testing, and document translation, in accordance with its goal to continue and improve the standards on the use of English in Thailand.
