Established in 1966 as the Population Research and Training Center, the College of Population Studies has produced highly qualified graduates with the knowledge, skills, and integrity to contribute to society. The college generates research to enhance demographic knowledge and provides academic services in the fields of demography and population studies through consultations, training courses, and information services. Another function the college takes is to make policy recommendations to improve the quality of life of people at the community, national, and international levels.
