National Science and Technology Development Agency and Chula sign MoU

At Chulalongkorn University, The National Biobank of Thailand under The National Science and
Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) and Chulalongkorn University held an MoU signing ceremony to promote research, development and knowledge of Thailand’s biological resources and database. Ladawan Krasachol, NSTDA’s Executive Vice President, said National Biobank of Thailand (NBT) is a reliable source of data on biological resources which can be utilised for economic gain and research. NBT also helps connect the state, the private sector, the public as well as local and international organisations to increase Thailand’s potential and competitiveness in the world while conserving biological resources in a sustainable way.
