Chula LLBel Opens Applications for the “AI and the Law” Course
The Chula LLBel Program at the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University, is inviting external applicants to enroll in the “AI and the Law” program, a course designed to broaden perspectives and deepen understanding of the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the legal world from multiple dimensions. The program also explores the future transformation of the legal profession as technology increasingly shapes legal systems and judicial processes worldwide. Classes will run from June 10 to July 3, 2026 (Monday–Friday) at the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University.
The “AI and the Law” program focuses on in-depth learning about the impact of AI on the legal field, both in practice and policy. Topics include the application of AI in law firms and government agencies; ethical issues surrounding AI technology; intellectual property law related to AI; and governance and policy design for emerging technologies, as well as major legal issues arising in the AI era.
The course will be taught in English and is suitable for legal professionals, academics, public and private sector practitioners, and anyone interested in developing knowledge and understanding of the relationship between law and AI technology in preparation for future changes in work and regulation.
The registration fee is 30,000 THB. A class schedule will be sent to applicants by email after registration. Applications are open now through June 1, 2026.
