Chulalongkorn University provides official channels for receiving feedback, suggestions, general complaints, and reports of corruption or misconduct by university personnel. This initiative aims to promote transparency, fairness, and good governance in the university’s administrative management.

Submission of Suggestions, General Complaints, and Reports of Staff Misconduct

We welcome all feedback from students, staff, and the general public to continuously enhance our education, research, and administrative systems. Your suggestions or complaints regarding Chulalongkorn University’s operations will be submitted directly to the relevant executives via our online reporting system.

Reporting Corruption or Injustice

If you witness or experience unfair treatment resulting from corruption or misconduct by Chulalongkorn University executives or personnel, you may report the matter via email at rakang@chula.ac.th

Every suggestion and complaint is valued and will be used to continuously improve and elevate the standards of administration, education, and research at Chulalongkorn University.
