Be one of the 24 students selected to attend a global hands-on workshop on issues related to global citizenship in Kolkata, India, from July 3-9, 2018. Send us an application essay to join the “Go Global Chulalongkorn University Project”, or GGCU, and prepare for an opportunity of a lifetime as you get to listen to local and international speakers, recognized as experts in the fields relevant to globalization, and add to your experience in becoming a global citizen.
Students interested in joining the program are required to send in:
1. A self-written essay of approximately 1,000 words in English, answering the question, “What can our generation do to shape the world as a community of shared future?”
2. A personal profile or CV in English, describing the student’s background, education, achievements, and contact information (e-mail and phone number).
Applicants must:
1. Be a Chulalongkorn University student, who is not recorded as ‘officially requested graduation’.
2. Possess good English communication skills.
3. Hold a passport that has a validity period of at least 6 months remaining (from July 9, 2018 onwards).
4. Be easily adaptable to new surroundings and environments.
*Remarks: Selected students who experience difficulties during the visa approval process must voluntarily waive their rights in the program.
