Chulalongkorn’s Professor and Personnel Awarded 2022 Outstanding Civil Servant Certificate and Merit Badge

Dr. Wacin Buddhari, Department of Internal Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, and Mrs. Apinya Binsan, Biochemistry Unit officer, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, have recently been awarded 2022 Outstanding Civil Servants in recognition of their outstanding conduct as role models for civil servants. They received the certificate and merit badge from Prof. Dr. Anek Laothamatas, Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, on Monday April 3, 2023, at the Bhumibodin meeting room, on the 6th floor of Practical Chemistry Training Building, Department of Science Service.

The event was joined by Asst. Prof. Dr. Pomthong Malakul Na Ayudhaya, Vice President for Administration, Arts and Culture Management, who congratulated both the awardees.
