Chula Student Teams Win Awards at the Global Brand Planning Competition 2023

Congratulations to Chula student teams from the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, the School of Integrated Innovation, and the Faculty of Communication Arts, Chulalongkorn University, for winning the Gold and Silver Awards at the Global Brand Planning Competition 2023, which was held recently in Singapore.
In order to represent Thailand and present their work at this competition, two teams of Chula students were chosen by Thailand Post Co., Ltd. and the Marketing Association of Thailand from the 2nd J-MAT Brand Planning Competition project.
The two teams won awards from this competition which included:
- The “POST sMART” team, comprising students from the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, and School of Integrated Innovation, Chulalongkorn University presented a brand-building strategy for “Thailand Post Mart”, which received the Gold Award and the First Runner Up award in the category of marketing plan (English).
- The “Knock Everything Forever” team, comprising students from the Faculty of Communication Arts, Chulalongkorn University, presented a brand-building strategy for “Thailand Post”, which received the Gold Award (Gold Award) and the Second Runner Up award in the category of marketing plan (English).
The award ceremony was held on August 31, 2023, with Asst. Prof. Dr. Ake Pattaratanakun, Head of the Marketing Department, Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn University, and Dr. Dhanant Subhadrabandhu, President of Thailand Post Co., Ltd. together with Dr. Buranin Rattanasombat, President and member of the Board of Directors of the Marketing Association of Thailand, along with Mr. Roger Wang, President of the Marketing Institute of Singapore and Vice President of the Global Chinese Marketing Federation (GCMF).
