“WISH-craft” by Chula Education Professors and Students Earns Dual Honors at the 7th China (Shanghai) International Invention & Innovation Expo 2024

Congratulations to the team of professors and students from Chulalongkorn University’s Faculty of Education for their winning project, “WISH-craft: Arts and Crafts Activities to Promote Spiritual Tourism.” This project garnered significant recognition at the 7th China (Shanghai) International Invention & Innovation Expo 2024, held from June 12-14, 2024, at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, China. The project was honored with both the ‘Gold Medal’ and ‘Leading Innovation Award’ from the Macao Innovation and Invention Association. The concept behind “WISH-craft” is to integrate artistic activities and cultural heritage into souvenirs inspired by folk art.

The members of the ‘WISH-craft’ team include Assistant Professor Dr. Soamshine Boonyananta from the Faculty of Education, Mr. Jeerasak Jitrojanarak from Chulalongkorn University Demonstration Elementary School, and two students from the Faculty of Education: Mr. Suchart Imsamran, a doctoral degree student, and Ms. Natcha Charoenchanakit, a master’s degree student.
