The international academic conference, “HPAIR Asia Conference 2024,” hosted by Chulalongkorn University from August 21-25, 2024, concluded with great success. The closing ceremony, held on August 25, 2024, at Chulalongkorn University Auditorium, was presided over by Prof. Dr. Wilert Puriwat, Acting President of Chulalongkorn University. During the event, awards for Best Speaker and the Impact Challenge were presented to the winning students.
The “HPAIR Asia Conference 2024” was a collaboration between Chulalongkorn University and Harvard University, centered on the theme “Reimagining Connectivity: Building Bridges in a Globalized Society.” This event provided Chulalongkorn students and international participants the opportunity to exchange ideas with leading figures from various industries in the Asia-Pacific region, including organizational leaders, scholars, social activists, and prominent business figures. The conference aimed to enhance the participants’ potential and prepare them to become sustainable leaders in the future.
The “CU-HPAIR Asia Conference 2024” represents another milestone for Chulalongkorn University in advancing Thailand onto the global academic stage. It also stands as a source of pride for the students of Chulalongkorn University, who played a significant role in organizing this international conference and received high praise from all attendees.
