Students from the Master in Branding and Marketing (MBM—English Program) of the Department of Marketing, Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn University, traveled to Oxford Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, United Kingdom, for a study visit. The group was led by Professor Dr. Wilert Puriwat, President of Chulalongkorn University, along with Associate Professor Dr. Ake Pattaratanakun, Head of the Department of Marketing and Chair of the MBM Program; Associate Professor Dr. Nuttapol Assarut; and Assistant Professor Ratirath Na Songkhla.
The study visit to Oxford Saïd Business School was warmly welcomed by Professor Jonathan Reynolds, Associate Dean of Oxford Saïd Business School, who also delivered a special lecture on the topic, “Global Retail Innovation & AI-Driven Consumer Strategies.” The lecture focused on emerging trends in the global retail industry, the use of AI to understand consumer behavior, and omnichannel strategies that are transforming the international business landscape.
This study trip is one of the annual highlights of the MBM program, designed to provide students with learning experiences from world-class institutions and to offer in-depth perspectives on branding, marketing, and international business culture. The students will also participate in the Global Branding Seminar at the University of Cambridge to further enrich their intensive international learning experience.
