Chulalongkorn University extends a warm welcome to all returning students and especially to the new CHULA 109 batch, as the new academic year 2025 officially begins.

Professor Dr. Wilert Puriwat, President of Chulalongkorn University, addressed the incoming students with warm words of welcome and guidance for university life. He emphasized that Chulalongkorn University is not only the top-ranked university in the country but also a vibrant learning space that broadens perspectives. Here, students will encounter a diverse society and numerous opportunities for their holistic growth.

Under Chula’s student-centered educational policy, the university fosters an environment where students are empowered to design their own learning pathways through both classroom instruction and hands-on experiences. Chula has invested in physical infrastructure and learning resources to fully support 21st-century education.

Moreover, Chulalongkorn University is deeply committed to educational equity. The university allocates over 600 million baht annually to provide a wide range of scholarships, reflecting the belief that learning opportunities should not be limited by financial circumstances. Every student’s aspiration is therefore supported and nurtured.
