Chulalongkorn University extends its warmest congratulations to Ms. Chanakarn Kachonseree and Ms. Kantaporn Kachonseree, alumni of the Bachelor of Business Administration (International Program), Chulalongkorn Business School, and founders of Mindventure, on being named among Forbes Asia’s “30 under 30” list for Social Impact. The list recognizes young entrepreneurs and creators in Asia who have made significant waves in society.
Mindventure was inspired by the Kachonseree sisters, Ms. Chanakarn and Ms. Kantaporn, who have training experience and a deep understanding of the challenges of the modern generation. Their commitment to developing the potential of Thai people has driven them to study and integrate various fields such as psychology, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, psychotherapy, and coaching to deliver courses that cater to personal development in the modern era.
Mindventure has collaborated with The Young Buddhists Association of Thailand to organize workshops in various forms. The Mindful Leadership Camp for youth leaders, in particular, has received tremendous support and continues annually to this day. Other courses, such as Self-Leadership Skills and Active Listening for nursing students, are also available.
Their success has led to expansion at the university level, where they initiated and co-founded the CoachbyChAMP club at Chulalongkorn University, aiming to equip students with coaching skills like Active Listening and Power Question. Mindventure continues to provide ongoing training for student coaches in the club. With a broad vision, Mindventure is established as a social enterprise focused on creating a community of youth across Thailand to develop life skills for excellence, integrity, and happiness. This commitment has received support from several leading organizations, such as ThaiHealth, School of Changemaker, UNDP, UNICEF, and SCGF.
Mindventure has continuously developed and refined its courses to respond to society’s changing needs while expanding its network and collaboration with various organizations such as UNESCO, FWD, and UOB. The efforts aim to create a new generation of leaders with good conscience and life skills to contribute an important foundation for sustainable national development.
