Yangzhou University President Visits CU

On Wednesday, December 25, 2019 Professor Dr. Pirongrong Ramasoota, Vice President for Social Outreach and Global Engagement, Chulalongkorn University, welcomed Prof. Jiao Xinan, President of Yangzhou University, People’s Republic of China. The visit was to discuss potential collaboration between the two universities, especially in joint research, projects, faculty and student exchanges, as well as international research grants.

Yangzhou University (YZU) was a part of Jiangsu Provincial Government and the Ministry of Education’s plan to merge and improve higher education institutions in China. It provides a full range of modern facilities to meet the needs of teaching, research and student internships. It also has academic relations with several research and higher education institutions in over 45 countries.
