Chula Charts Strategic Directions for Sustainable Progress through its Leadership Seminar 

Chulalongkorn University recently held a seminar for members of the University Council and the university’s executive team from October 24–26, 2025, at the Sasin International Learning Center, Sasin School of Management, Chulalongkorn University, Phang Nga Province, and Le Méridien Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort, Phuket Province. 

The seminar was opened by Prof. Dr. Surakiart Sathirathai, Chairman of the Chulalongkorn University Council, who also delivered a special lecture on “Global Changes and Chulalongkorn University’s Adaptation.” Prof. Dr. Wilert Puriwat, President of Chulalongkorn University, spoke on the background and significance of the seminar. 

Before the official commencement of the seminar, Prof. Dr. Surakiart Sathirathai, together with University Council members, Prof. Dr. Wilert Puriwat, and Chulalongkorn University executives and staff, paid tribute in remembrance of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, expressing profound gratitude for Her Majesty’s boundless grace and benevolence. 

The seminar aimed to establish strategic directions for advancing Chulalongkorn University to become an effective, stable, and sustainable driving force in Thai society. 

In addition to the seminar, the University Council members and executives visited the Sasin International Learning Center of the Sasin School of Management, Chulalongkorn University. The visit was officially opened by Prof. Dr. Surakiart Sathirathai, with a welcome address by Prof. Dr. Wilert Puriwat, President of Chulalongkorn University.
