Chula’s 6th President’s Distinguished Talk Features Global IP Pioneers 

Chulalongkorn University cordially invites those interested in innovation, as well as professionals in the innovation business ecosystem, to watch the live broadcast of the 6th President’s Distinguished Talk, which will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., at the Grand Ballroom, Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel. 

The talk will feature two world-renowned experts in innovation and intellectual property: 

Ms. Katharine Ku, former Executive Director of the Office of Technology Licensing at Stanford University, has over 27 years of experience in technology transfer and a leading role in driving innovations that have created multi-billion-dollar economic value. 

Mr. Marco M. Alemán from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), a policy leader and innovator who has shaped innovation ecosystems in over 30 countries, connecting government, the private sector, and academic institutions. 

Participants will gain insights from global experts and learn approaches to developing innovation ecosystems and new dimensions of intellectual property management.
