On October 29, 2025, Professor Ian Fenwick, Director of the Sasin School of Management, Chulalongkorn University, and Professor Valery Katkalo, Director of the HSE Graduate School of Business (HSE GSB), Russia, jointly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on research collaboration and academic program development between Chulalongkorn University (through Sasin School of Management) and HSE GSB.
The signing took place during the Asia-Pacific Responsible Research Summit, hosted by Sasin, with His Excellency Evgeny Tomikhin, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Thailand, presiding over the ceremony.
The purpose of this MoU is to strengthen cooperation in research and the development of educational programs in business administration between the two institutions. It aims to promote student and faculty exchanges for joint research, teaching, and professional development, as well as to organize study and business leadership programs for both Russian and Thai executives to foster closer economic and business relations between Russia and Thailand.
The Sasin School of Management, Chulalongkorn University, is Thailand’s first business school to receive dual international accreditations from AACSB and EQUIS, and it remains the only Thai business school ranked in the Financial Times 2025 Top 100 Executive MBA list.
Meanwhile, the HSE Graduate School of Business (HSE GSB) is recognized as Russia’s leading business school, consistently ranked number one nationally and internationally.
The MoU signing ceremony was held on October 29, 2025, at Sasa Patasala Building, Sasin School of Management, Chulalongkorn University.
