The International Photovoltaic Science and Engineering Conference (PVSEC) is a global academic platform for the exchange and dissemination of knowledge in renewable energy technologies, especially photovoltaic cells, climate-change mitigation, progress toward carbon neutrality and net-zero emissions, and the promotion of technological development in solar cell production, energy storage, and enhanced measures to combat global warming—both in Thailand and abroad.
The PVSEC-36 conference brought together 461 participants, including academics, scientists, researchers, executives, students, and industrial representatives from more than 40 countries worldwide.
Chulalongkorn University previously hosted PVSEC-14 in 2004 in celebration of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother’s 72nd Birthday Anniversary on 12 August 2004.
