The English Learning Platform Evaluation is a system designed to assess English-language learning platforms. It helps improve teaching systems, expand access for students in remote areas, and support instructors in developing effective online learning websites—ultimately enhancing learning opportunities for children.
The key strength of this innovation lies in its study of national policies and Thailand’s central English-language standards, based on the Basic Education Core Curriculum B.E. 2551/2008 (Revised B.E. 2566 / 2023). It also examines international platforms to understand how to provide universal access to basic English education while reducing disparities between large cities and smaller towns, ensuring that English teaching and learning meet global standards. The system is adapted to fit the Thai context.
“Previously, there were no central standards for schools to use as a basis for creating English-learning websites. If this innovation can be disseminated and implemented in schools, it will be highly beneficial, enabling people in remote areas to access universal, standardized English-learning opportunities,” said Nisaphat.

The development team behind the English Learning Platform Evaluation system includes Prof. Dr. Naowanit Songkram (project leader), Asst. Prof. Dr. Narongphon Uerpijitkul, Miss Nisaphat Tangpanitanon, Dr. Sawaros Thanapornsungsuth, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Natthakorn Songkram.

In addition, at the ICSEM 2025 innovation competition, Miss Nisaphat Tangpanitanon also received a Silver Medal for her project “Techstart: Elderly Technology Learning Platform,” a technology-learning platform designed for the elderly.
