Chulalongkorn University Announcement on Protective Measures Against the Spread of COVID-19 / Names of Countries or Administrative Areas at Risk of COVID-19 Infection (No. 2) (Dated 2 March 2020)

Regarding Chulalongkorn University’s Announcement on Protective Measures Against the Spread of COVID-19 dated 26 February 2020, it has come to our attention that there are still reports of new cases with people who have contracted the COVID-19 virus. 

After much consideration, the University has decided to extend the implementation period for the procedures written in the Protective Measures Against the Spread of COVID-19 dated 26 February 2020. The end date to implement the protective measures against the spread of COVID-19 is changed from 19 April 2020 to 31 May 2020.

Names of Countries or Administrative Areas at Risk of COVID-19 Infection (Issue 2)

Under the authority of Articles 32 of the Chulalongkorn University Act B.E. 2551 in conjunction with Item 2 of Chulalongkorn University’s Announcement on Protective Measures Against the Spread of COVID-19 dated 26 February 2020, the University hereby designates the countries in the following list as additional countries or administrative areas at risk of COVID-19 infection:

12. The Federal Republic of Germany
13. The French Republic
