Piphat Duek Damban Performance Celebrating Chulalongkorn University’s 109th Anniversary 

Chulalongkorn University cordially invites the public to an audience with Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn at the “Piphat Duek Damban” musical performance to be held on the occasion of the 109th anniversary of the founding of Chulalongkorn University. 

The event will take place on Thursday, March 26, 2026, with the performance beginning at 9:00 AM at the Chulalongkorn University Auditorium. 

Performance Program 

• Piphat Ensemble Overture: “Mahachulalongkorn Overture,” performed by students of the Chulalongkorn University Thai Youth Orchestra. 
• Melodic poetry recitation marking the 109th anniversary of the founding of Chulalongkorn University, performed by students from the Faculty of Arts. 
• Vocal and instrumental performance of “O Lao” (Three-Tier Composition) and the Nopparat Dance, performed by the classical Piphat Ensemble. 
• Thai vocal and instrumental performance of a tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother, titled “The Giver,” featuring royal compositions and performances graciously bestowed by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn 

Performed by the Sai Yai Chamchuri Ensemble, the Chulalongkorn University Student Club International Band, and a Northern Thai folk music ensemble, with accompanying performances by the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Chulalongkorn University.

• After registering, kindly collect your admission ticket at the Office of Art and Culture Management, 1st Floor, Art and Culture Building, between March 18 and 20, from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. 
• Groups attending on behalf of educational institutions or organizations should contact and submit their information via LINE: @cuartculture. 

Ticket Collection 

• Collecting in person: Please present your original national ID card. 
• If someone collects the ticket on your behalf: Provide a copy of your ID card and a signed authorization stating who is authorized to collect the ticket.

• Attendance is reserved for those who register in advance only. 
• One ticket per attendee. 
• Admission is free of charge. 
• If you are feeling unwell, please refrain from traveling to the event.
