AgriPreneurTH: The Farmer CEO is a systemic innovation developed to address structural challenges in Thailand’s agricultural sector. Many farmers are still unable to fully capture the true value of their produce due to limitations such as price pressure from middlemen, lack of digital skills, marketing knowledge, and systematic farm management. The project aims to transform farmers from producers into entrepreneurs through the concept of “The Farmer CEO” and the U.R.D.P. Framework, which integrates upskilling, reskilling, the use of digital tools, and practical lab experiences.

The strength of this innovation lies not only in training but also in its holistic system and conceptual framework. Under the Farmer CEO model, it combines demand-driven production, zero-waste commerce, and an agri-community network. This enables farmers to better align production with market demand, increase the value of their products, and access consumers more directly. As a result, the innovation not only generates income but also empowers farmers—enhancing their ability to think strategically, plan effectively, and achieve sustainable growth at both local and national levels.

The sense of kinship and warmth found in the Chula community is priceless and a treasure worth keeping.
