Prior to the awarding, the university was selected as a finalist in the category for organizations with 5,000–10,000 employees, along with Flash Express and Thai Union Group PCL, reflecting its commitment to cultivating a compelling institutional identity and effectively engaging with global talent through the LinkedIn platform.

The 2025 LinkedIn Talent Awards spotlight organizations shaping the future of work through adaptability, innovation, and creativity during a particularly challenging year for talent acquisition and management.

Presented by LinkedIn, the awards are based on data-driven insights that assess how companies leverage LinkedIn Talent Solutions and engage on the platform. Rather than reflecting investment levels, the recognition focuses on measurable performance and impact.

According to LinkedIn’s Insights team, the judging criteria evaluate how effectively organizations understand, attract, and develop talent, as well as how they build competitive advantage through strategic use of LinkedIn tools. For this category, it was evaluated based on two criteria: the Total Company Page Views and the Percentage of Follower Growth. Finalists were selected based on analytical performance data collected between July and December 2025 across participating markets.

Chulalongkorn University’s recognition as a runner-up marks a recognition of its ongoing efforts to strengthen its position as a leading institution—not only in education and research, but also in attracting and nurturing talent on a global stage.

In the same category, Flash Express was named the winner, while Thai Union Group PCL also received runner-up recognition. Both organizations highlight how well-executed digital talent strategies can deliver measurable impact, particularly through data-driven analytics and meaningful engagement.

The sense of kinship and warmth found in the Chula community is priceless and a treasure worth keeping.
