CU Thai Classical Music Club Performs “Thai Fight COVID”

The CU Thai Classical Music Club proudly presents “Thai Fight COVID”, a song to encourage all Thai people to stay strong together during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The song lyrics include a selection of quotes and teachings from His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great to the people of Thailand. The selected quotes are words of wisdom that will inspire and hopefully guide everyone to overcome the current virus crisis.

Incorporated into the melody segment is the “Yo Slum” song, a melodious and stimulating original Thai song with a western accent. The Yo Slum song with 2-level rhythm is widely known because it is one of the lyrics from a Thai literature, The Marriage of Neptune, written by His Majesty King Rama VI.
