Chula Partners with Siam Piwat to Advance Education, Culture, and Sustainability
The Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University, has signed a cooperation agreement with the Siam Piwat Group under the SIAM PIWAT Academy project, a well-growing platform designed to support sustainable and effective growth for all related sectors. This partnership represents an important strategic collaboration aimed at jointly advancing academic development, cultural exchange, and organizational image. The signing ceremony was attended by Ms. Petchpring Sarasin, former President of the Arts Chula Alumni Association; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suradech Chotiudompant, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University; and Mr. Nuttawut Kietchaiyakorn, Chief Business Resources Officer, Siam Piwat Co., Ltd.
The memorandum of academic cooperation was signed on Monday, May 25, 2026, at the Chinese Cultural Activity Center, Confucius Institute of Chulalongkorn University, on the 15th floor of the Borommaratchakumari Building. Ms. Petchpring Sarasin explained the background and significance of this collaboration. On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Suradech Chotiudompant and Mr. Nuttawut Kietchaiyakorn spoke about the vision, objectives, and direction of the partnership. The agreement was then formally signed by executives from both organizations, with Associate Professor Dr. Siraprapa Chavanayarn, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Arts, and Ms. Jarunan Ithiawatchakul, Human Resources Advisor at Siam Piwat Co., Ltd., serving as witnesses.
This collaboration between the Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University, and Siam Piwat Co., Ltd. marks the beginning of integrating academic knowledge with real-world business expertise and experience. The partnership aims to jointly develop personnel capabilities and expand sustainable learning opportunities for the future. It also reinforces Siam Piwat’s role as an organization committed to supporting education and continuous human resource development by providing students with opportunities to participate in real work environments, learn operational processes, and gain valuable practical skills and experience.
At the same time, the collaboration will further promote the exchange of knowledge in languages and cultures to enhance understanding among personnel serving international customers from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. This is expected to elevate service standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences in every dimension.
