Chula Hosts ISCFR and EVSSAR 2026 International Conference

The Faculty of Veterinary Science at Chulalongkorn University hosted the 10th Quadrennial International Symposium on Canine and Feline Reproduction (ISCFR) in conjunction with the 27th European Veterinary Society for Small Animal Reproduction Congress (EVSSAR 2026) from June 17 to 20, 2026. The conference was held in Room 801, Chaloem Rajakumari 60th Anniversary Building (Chamchuri 10 Building).


Recognized as one of the world’s premier academic forums in companion animal reproduction, wildlife reproductive medicine, and reproductive biotechnology, the event welcomed 240 participants, including 162 international delegates comprising researchers and experts from Europe, North America, South America, South Africa, and across Asia.

Held every four years, the symposium rotates among different continents. Thailand was honored to become the first country in Asia to host this conference. The scientific program featured the latest research in reproductive biology, assisted reproductive technologies, wildlife conservation, artificial insemination, gamete cryopreservation, the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in animal reproduction, and maternal and neonatal animal care.
The success of the conference was made possible through the collaboration of faculty members and researchers from multiple universities, led by the Department of Obstetrics, Theriogenology and Reproductive Sciences at the Faculty of Veterinary Science, Chulalongkorn University. The event highlighted Thailand’s growing capacity to serve as a leading venue for international academic conferences and left a lasting impression on participants from around the world.
