Chula 111 Roundtable: Alumni Shape Chula’s Future
Chulalongkorn University hosted the Chula 111 Roundtable on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at the Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok. The event was presided over by Prof. Dr. Wilert Puriwat, President of Chulalongkorn University. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kriengkrai Boonlert-U-Thai, Vice President of Chulalongkorn University, outlined the objectives of the event. The discussion was moderated by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ake Pattaratanakun, Chief Brand Officer and Spokesperson of Chulalongkorn University.
The event brought together Chulalongkorn executives and representatives of the university’s alumni in a warm and engaging atmosphere.
The roundtable focused on the strategic direction and fundraising approaches for Chulalongkorn University’s 111th anniversary, as well as strengthening collaboration among the university, alumni, the private sector, benefactors, and civil society. The goal is to derive approaches for supporting the university’s core missions and long-term development while also building a collaborative fundraising network.
The initiative aims to establish funding sources that support educational opportunities, student and staff development, research and innovation, and projects that create sustainable positive impacts on society.

- Ms. Phatranda Leelayuwa, CFO and Executive Director of the Intellnovation Group of Companies, alumna of the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn University
- Dr. Lackana Leelayouthayotin, Vice President of the Chulalongkorn University Alumni Association and alumna of the Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University
