The Center of Excellence in Systems Biology, Chulalongkorn University, in collaboration with Sci Spac, Thermo Fisher and Ward Media will host a proteomics workshop under the topic “Complete Proteomics Workflow
”
during 21 – 25 May 2018 at 3
rd
floor, Aor Por Ror building, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University.The workshop will include discussions on:Sample Preparation
- Tryptic peptide preparation by In-gel and In-solution digestion
- Labeling method for quantitative proteomics (Dimethyl and TMT labeling)
- Phosphopeptide enrichment
LC-MS/MS
- Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry based proteomics using Q-Exactive Plus
Data Analysis
- Protein identification, quantification and statistical analysis by Proteome Discoverer, MaxQuant and Perseus
