Accident Allowance for CU Students

 

The Department of Scholarships & Student Services, Office of Student Affairs, Chulalongkorn University would like to inform students about the accidental insurance benefits available.  Academic year 2017 students may submit the compensation claim form at the CU Student Corner for any accident that occurred either on campus or off campus (including worldwide).  The accident allowance is effective from now until 31 July 2018 and must be in compliance with the conditions stated in the insurance policy.

Documents required to file insurance claim includes:

1. A medical certificate
2. Receipt(s) of any prepaid medical services
3. A photocopy of the patient’s bank account passbook (first page)
