About
The Natural History Museum of Chulalongkorn University, located in Biology Building 1 of the Faculty of Science, was established to collect, conserve, and display specimens of living organisms and natural resources.
It serves as a valuable academic reference and supports conservation efforts for students, researchers, and the general public. The museum exhibits a diverse range of specimens, including skeletons of various organisms, different types of Thai seashells, fossils discovered in Thailand, displays on bee biology, specimens of fish mentioned in Thai literature, and the striped turtle, a species unique to Thailand. Recognized as the first natural history museum in Thailand, it plays a crucial role in education and conservation.
