Internationally, research has shown the therapeutic benefits of music therapy for a wide range of health conditions and disabilities, such as developmental disorders (e.g., ASD, ADHD), neurological disorders (e.g., Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, brain injury), mental health conditions (e.g., depression, stress, anxiety), and medical conditions (e.g., pain).
