The Registrar’s Office is the central hub for student registration and academic information services, aiming to develop information systems and provide accurate, fast, and efficient services to support modern teaching and learning and systematic data management.

Our services cover everything from student registration, class and exam schedules, academic processing, to graduation and the issuance of official academic documents for students, graduates, and faculty/staff, guided by the principles of “accuracy, speed, and good governance for the satisfaction of those we serve.”

Our Services

The Registrar’s Office provides services related to student information and status throughout all stages of study, from registration and data updates to processing academic status matters, including:

Changing Title, First Name, Last Name
Request for Correction of Student Profile
Joining or Changing Educational Affiliation
Request for Course Exemption
Transferring Course Credits for Students Studying at Another Institution
Request to Maintain Student Status
Dismissal due to Academic Performance
Request for Reinstatement of Student Status
