As outlined in memorandum No. MHESI 64/00688, dated January 22, 2025, regarding measures to address the PM2.5 situation, all faculties, schools, and institutes are requested to implement the following measures to ensure the well-being of their staff during January 27–31, 2025:
- Regular On-Site Work:
For staff working on-site as usual, supervisors must closely monitor work operations and implement strict preventive measures. - Work from Home (WFH) Option:
Unit heads may consider or approve WFH arrangements for their staff based on the nature of their work. - WFH Requirements:
Staff assigned or permitted to work from home must remain available for communication or directives from supervisors or colleagues during working hours and adhere strictly to work discipline. - Outdoor Activities:
Avoid organizing outdoor activities and limit outdoor work to essential tasks only. - Mask Usage:
Staff members are strongly encouraged to wear masks that effectively filter PM2.5 particles. - Health Concerns:
If personnel exhibit health issues caused by PM2.5 exposure, units should direct them to seek medical attention promptly at the Chulalongkorn University Health Service Center or other healthcare facilities.
Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
