Two Chulalongkorn University Professors Receive  2026 NRCT Senior Research Scholar Grants

Chulalongkorn University congratulates Prof. Dr. Joongjai Panpranot of the Faculty of Engineering and Prof. Dr. Pattanaporn Chatjuthamard of the Sasin School of Management on receiving the 2026 Senior Research Scholar Grants from the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT). 

The grants recognize senior researchers with outstanding achievements at both the national and international levels, as well as strong research ethics and leadership in developing research teams and academic work. The program also supports young researchers by encouraging the continuous development of high-quality research with both academic and practical impact for society and the nation. 

In addition, the program aims to strengthen research networks and support internationally recognized research that enhances Thailand’s long-term intellectual and innovation capacity. 

The NRCT Senior Research Scholar Award ceremony will take place on June 25, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Lotus Suite 1–2 on the 22nd floor of the Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld.
