Guidelines for the 2022 Graduation Ceremony Rehearsals

The 2022 Graduation Ceremony Rehearsals will be scheduled between 8 September – 2 October 2023 at the Chulalongkorn University Auditorium. 

The meeting point for graduates will be the area next to the Auditorium, opposite the Faculty of Engineering, as shown on the map. All graduates should arrive at the meeting point early to complete registration before entering the Auditorium.  

Meeting time for the rehearsals 

Morning session: from 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM.  
Afternoon session: from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. 

Following the rehearsals, graduates will enter the Auditorium and then proceed north toward the exit point, which is the parking lot. Please keep all noise to a minimum throughout the rehearsal activities. 

Meanwhile, a photo booking station for graduates will be located in the room next to the Auditorium. Graduates are asked to line up and wait for their photo booking.  

Please remember to bring your registration card (with a clear barcode) from the website https://www.ccr.chula.edu/en with you to the rehearsals at all times. Also, bring your passport and your student ID card in case your registration card is misplaced. 

*Water bottles and food are not permitted inside the Auditorium.
