Learn with the Legends: Boston Brass at CHULA 

The “Learn with the Legends: Boston Brass at CHULA” concert was part of the Boston Brass Workshop and Concert Series, organized by the Music Education Program, Department of Art, Music, and Dance, Faculty of Education, from August 26-28, 2024. The program aims to promote collaboration in music education, research, and the development of international music education networks. 

The Chulalongkorn University Office of Art and Culture, in collaboration with the Music Education Program, Department of Art, Music, and Dance, Faculty of Education, organized the “Learn with the Legends: Boston Brass at CHULA” concert on August 27, 2024, at the Chulalongkorn University Auditorium.

The concert, which attracted a large audience, was presided over by Professor Dr. Wilert Puriwat, Acting President of Chulalongkorn University, who delivered the opening remarks while Associate Professor Dr. Siridej Sujiva, Acting Vice President of Chulalongkorn University presented souvenir tokens of appreciation to the musicians.  

The concert provided an opportunity to experience performances by the legendary “Boston Brass” ensemble, accompanied by the CU Symphonic Band, which performed a selection of beautiful, melodic pieces. 

Chula’s encouragement and support for research is excellent for teachers, students, and the public.
