Chula Welcomes Chiang Mai University Administrative Delegation to Discuss Academic and Administrative Collaboration on Challenging Issues 

On September 24, 2024, Professor Dr. Wilert Puriwat, President of Chulalongkorn University, along with university administrators, welcomed Professor Dr. Pongruk Sribanditmongkol, President of Chiang Mai University, and his delegation during their visit to Chulalongkorn University. 

The President of Chiang Mai University and his delegation paid their respects to the statues of King Chulalongkorn and King Vajiravudh, followed by a courtesy visit to Prof. Dr. Surakiart Sathirathai, Chairman of the Chulalongkorn University Council, at the reception room on the 2^nd floor of Chamchuri 4 Building. They also discussed mutual feedback and suggestions on how both universities could enhance their collaboration to benefit society and the nation. 

The executives from both universities then held a meeting at Ruan Chula Narumit, where Professor Dr. Wilert Puriwat gave a welcome speech. The discussion focused on future academic and administrative collaborations, as well as addressing challenging issues that both universities could tackle together. This meeting marks a significant step toward strengthening the close collaboration between Chulalongkorn University and Chiang Mai University.
