“Marketing Factors Affecting Consumer’s Adoption of Tele-pharmacy Applications” presents data on the public’s demand for using Telepharmacy applications in drugstores. This is cross-sectional survey research that collected feedback from 401 individuals about their interest in using Telepharmacy apps at local drugstores. Overall, the factors influencing the public’s decision to use Telepharmacy were pharmaceutical services, price, app features, and promotional efforts, in that order.

Based on these findings, the research highlights market opportunities and target groups for pharmacists and drugstores to enhance their existing onsite services with online application support. The future trend suggests an increasing number of people will use online pharmacy services. The benefits of this application include making pharmacy services more accessible for people facing travel difficulties and enhancing the competitive edge of drugstores to keep pace with technological advancements.

The sense of kinship and warmth found in the Chula community is priceless and a treasure worth keeping.
